Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
International orders are all weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We try our hardest to ensure you are making the right purchase for your skin type and lifestyle. We want you to be happy about your Cultivar products. We are completely transparent regarding ingredients, so if there is any particular botanical you need to avoid, you will see it listed on each product's page. We are a tiny company that cares deeply about customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept requests for returns within 7 days of receipt of order. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit in most cases, but we'd prefer to find suitable replacement products that will better suit your needs. If you need to return an item for store credit, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please note that for product integrity reasons we are unable to accept returns of samples or lit Soy Candles. All sales of these items are final.
Once your request has been authorized we will provide you with return instructions. Note: We will not accept returns that haven’t been authorized.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s with a shipping method that provides tracking information. All shipping costs are non-refundable. This means that if the order qualified for free shipping but the order is returned, then both shipping charges will be calculated and subtracted from the refund/credit amount.
Refunds for store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days of your package's arrival back to our facility.
We can offer full refunds of items damaged in transit. If you are requesting a refund because an item was damaged during transit, we cannot give refunds without a photo of the damaged item. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Please email a photo to email@example.com.
